Order Processing

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking information through the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

• Major cities: 3–7 business days

• Other areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Any promotional free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms mentioned with that promotion.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders within Pakistan.

For COD orders, payment is made directly to the courier when your package is delivered.

Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address and an active phone number when placing a COD order so that the courier can contact you if necessary.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has been shipped.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the courier may make another delivery attempt or contact the customer.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, Trendora is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control.
